  • Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) issuance services using HYP2003 Token

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information when required (especially for DSC issuance)
  • Maintain confidentiality of any access credentials
  • Only use services for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access or misuse website features
  • Not upload or process illegal, malicious, or infringing content
  • Abide by local, national, and international laws while using our Site
  • Immediately notify us of any detected security breach or unauthorized use

5. File Handling and Content Policy

  • All files processed via PDF, image, or label tools are handled exclusively client-side within your browser
  • We do not store, view, or access files you upload or process, except where required by DSC regulatory compliance
  • You remain responsible for backups and verifying accuracy of all file outputs
  • Do not use the Site to process or share files that violate intellectual property laws, privacy rights, or contain prohibited content

6. Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) Services

  • DSC issuance complies with Indian digital signature regulations and requirements of authorized Certifying Authorities
  • Submission of false information or forged documents is a criminal offense
  • All DSC applications are subject to verification and approval; we may decline or cancel applications at any time
  • DSC fees (once processed and approved) are non-refundable
  • You are solely responsible for the safekeeping, use, and confidentiality of issued tokens and certificates

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All Site content (text, graphics, branding, design, code, features) is owned by or licensed to ProPDFWorks and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent
  • Your own files remain your property, but you grant us a temporary, limited right to process them solely to deliver the requested service

  • All services and information are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind (express or implied)

  • DSC services are subject to government and certifying authority requirements; outcomes are outside our sole control
