Troubleshooting Attributes

If your files aren’t loading, check that they are in a supported format (like JPG or PNG). Upload failures can also happen if the image file size is unusually large or corrupted.

If you upload high-resolution photos, the resulting PDF will also be large. To fix this, you can download your final document and then run it through our free Compress PDF tool to easily reduce the file size for emailing.

If the pages in your PDF are out of order, it means the images weren’t sequenced correctly before conversion. Refresh the tool, upload your images again, and drag the thumbnails into the correct sequence before hitting “Convert.”

The conversion button will remain inactive until you successfully upload at least one supported image file. Ensure your files have completely loaded in the preview area. If the issue persists, try clearing your browser cache.
